Partnership

I went out later that day to find the same two ducks swimming in the lake together. Soaking up the sun and floating around town. They were so cute. Active and silent. Enjoying the movement and moment together. Partners in life. Partners in crime. Partners in accomplishing their mission. I’ve seen couples like this before, most of them have been married many years and still do everything together. They are so sweet and cute and so content in each other’s presence. It created a sense of awe within me as to how they could be so happy together, honoring each other’s significance in the whole. These two ducks had such a good time floating and swimming around. Enjoying the daylight and their afternoon stroll. This is what I was looking for: Partnership.
