Letting go of the past is hard. There’s a feeling of nostalgia associated with each phase. Like you want to hold onto each little part because it feels comfortable and used to bring us joy. Key word: used to. It used to bring us joy. Now it no longer serves us. It is part of our past, part of our story and now we can simply let it go.
