I Salute the Tree
I salute the tree. The tree π² that lies within you. The tree π³ that lies within me. The trees that lie within all of us. As a community. As a whole. I salute the tree. I salute the tree as my essence. I salute the tree that is my being. From the roots that go down deep to the branches that share their expansiveness like arms that spread far and wide. Spreading love. Spreading goodness. The roots that ground us. The arms that hold us. I salute the tree. I salute itβs leaves π that continue to fall and blossom once again. I salute its vastness and its presence. I salute what the tree stands for. For its history. For the stories it tells. For the comforting shade it gives when the sunshine π of life is too bright for us to bear. When we simply need a rest, its trunk is always there. Solid and sturdy. I salute the tree.
