Relax
What does relaxing mean to you? Does it mean a cup of hot tea and a good book? Does it mean getting to bed early or waking up late? Whatever it means to you, just do it. Add it in as a requirement in your life. Add it into your schedule as a fixed hour, a non-negotiable time for yourself. As you learn to incorporate more relaxation into your life, you will begin to come from a place of relaxation. The relaxed you may begin to surprise you in ways you never imagined.
