Full Circle

My friend Amanda said it well when she said, “Just because 2 + 2 = 4 doesn’t mean I can’t add 3 + 1 and get 4.” Exactly! She is right on. Just because we cannot see eye to eye, does not mean that we can’t come to the same conclusion. We will do it in different ways. We come from different perspectives. We have different ideas. We CAN come to the same solution, only with a different process.

It reminds me of the Scientific Method. Observation. Question. Hypothesis. Experiment. Results. Conclusion. We all have the same question. We may have different ideas (Hypothesis). We may go about it different ways (Experiment). We may even analyze our data in different ways (Results). We may speak different languages. At the end of the day, we all come to the same realization (Conclusion). Life really is that simple.
