Now and Then

Now and then it’s okay to just let go. Let go of guilt. Let go of control. Let go of outcomes. Just let it all go. Watch as it glides out of your body and off of your aura. You may at first feel a sense of grief, but after this you will feel a sense of relief. Relief from what has been holding you back. Relief from what has been holding you down. Relief that you are no longer falling behind. You are currently catching up. Catching the tide. Riding the wave. Let go now and then and see what happens inside your body. Feel the difference now and then.
