Be Surprised
Let yourself be surprised once in awhile. What would it feel like to let yourself go enough to welcome in some elements of surprise in your life? What would that mean? How would you feel? Would you feel out of control or would you feel a twinge of joy? Would it be enjoyable or would it be full of fear? Whatever it is, just feel into it and honor the feeling. From there, try to pinpoint where in your life you are able to add in the element of surprise. Be surprised!
